SEC Forms 3, 4 and 5 (Section 16 insider filings), from the SEC's insider transactions data sets since 2016 plus each company's live filings.
A person is shown as a current director if they filed as a director in the last 13 months. Directors receive annual equity grants, so a sitting director almost always files at least once a year. A current officer must also have filed within 300 days of the company's most recent officer filing, so officers who were replaced drop off quickly. “Since” dates are the first filing in the data, so anyone already in place in early 2016 shows as “2016 or earlier”.

Grants, option exercises, tax withholding and gifts are excluded because they are not investment decisions. Amended filings (4/A) are not double-counted.
